Low season:

• Minimum 2 nights, 100 € per night for 2 persons.
• 3 nights or more, 80 € per night for 2 persons.
• Supplement of 20 € for each extra person per night.

 

Middle season:

• Minimum 3 nights, 90-100 € per night, based on the apartment.

 

High season:

• Only from Saturday to Saturday

GENERAL INFORMATION

Check-in: 16:00 pm – 20:00 pm .

Check-out: 10:00 am .

Weekly stays are usually from Saturday to Saturday. For the second week 10% discount.

Reservations are confirmed after payment of the deposit (30% of the total). The deposit will be refunded in full in case of cancellation within 30 days from the beginning of the stay, will be returned to 50% in case of cancellation within 15 days, but will NOT be returned in case of cancellation with less than 15 days notice.

The balance will be requested upon arrival, in cash or by credit card. In case of early departure (stay not terminated for any reason) the full amount will be due for the period booked.

Our structure does NOT provide breakfast or other catering.

INCLUDED

Prices include the following services:

• linen (a weekly change)
• final cleaning
• air conditioning and other energy consumption
• bed and cradle added for children
• use of the washing machine
• permission for parking at Rimigliano beach

NOT INCLUDED

Prices do not include the following services:

• mid-week change of linen (10 euros per person)
• pets (30 euro for final cleaning)
• city tax
